The Bed was the best,
I had a very bad experians with the Hotel, FIrst they gave ne the wrong rates, and for the rate you pay you must get breakfast for the type of room you get and the way the place looks, I have been to mannny hotels all over and I have payed less for more at some places. They did not clean my room as I have put the thing on the door that says please clean room. Its not a hotel its more like a sleepover. Whe trael allot as a family with baby now 18months I am a eassy mom dont need much but shoe having a problem with bringing me a camping cott I don't Know. But as they say every one has their own say.
the room was very nice for the money
the tax to the airport was pretty expensive. I spent 180 from airport to the hotel. I was notified for 219 rands to go to the airport but the driver charged me 250 at the airport which was kinda disappointing
The helpful staff
There was no fridge and the TV made a noise. For that price I expected more
Location outside of downtown and close enough to the airport. Convenient for business trips.
The room was clean and tidy and the driver of the airport shuttle service was very friendly
The cost of the airport shuttle service arranged through the hotel was very expensive. We chose this hotel specifically because it stated it was near to the airport. However the cost of this shuttle service was R640 which was more than the cost of the room for the night!
the view and the restaurant was amazing
it was too short
Nice and clean
Rooms very noise, look for rooms off the highway.Internet access very bad, did not work most of the time despite you pay for the access.
The staff were friendly and most helpful. The room was nice and tidy every day and they replaced whatever needed to be replaced.
The location of the hotel is good, and I absolutely loved the views over the city onto Table Mountain and Table Bay.
A thing that could still slightly improve the experience would be a mini fridge in the room, so that guests could chill their own drinks.
Well planned rooms and a fantasic view of Table Mountain and Cape Town.
I missed a lounge and tourist information for Cape Town. The breakfast is too expensive - without comparing with the cost of similar hotels in the area.
I arranged with the staff member with whom I checked in for a late check out, to accommodate our specific requirements. He said it is in order. When we returned to the hotel room the following day after 11am, as arranged, my key was cancelled. Very frustrating.
I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room; the internet was so slow I could not access my mail or brows and when I complained they just shrugged and said it was an outsourced service; it is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is absolutely no isolation from the n1 traffic and it feels as though the cars and trucks are in your room. My room window could not close properly
Loved the king sized bed and the amenities
Needs double glazed windows to keep the sound out of the traffic. Bathroom needs to be upgraded Did report that the 2 bedlamps needed to be looked at and that the signal of the TV was awful.
Price was reasonable
1. The tourisim levy of 1% was charged additional, but on the Booked.net it was quated as included. 2. Parking of R20 per nigth was charged but was not quated no other parking. Parking for guests should be free. 3. Room was only cleaned after 15h00 on Saterday not acceptable.
Staff friendly. Free wireless access up to 100mg. Room was great.
